2. Qué datos tratamos y para qué

Cuando usted nos escribe por correo electrónico, tratamos su nombre, dirección de correo y la información que nos facilite para responder a su consulta y, cuando proceda, preparar o gestionar una compra solicitada. La base jurídica es nuestro interés legítimo en responder consultas (art. 6.1.f RGPD) o las medidas precontractuales solicitadas y la ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD).

Cloudflare puede tratar datos técnicos de conexión y seguridad, incluidas direcciones IP e información de las solicitudes, para prestar y proteger el sitio. Nuestra analítica sin cookies con Umami Cloud trata datos de páginas y dispositivos, referencias, campañas y ubicación aproximada para comprender el uso agregado del sitio. No enviamos intencionadamente a Umami nombres, direcciones de correo ni contenido de mensajes.

Actualmente no ofrecemos pago automatizado en línea ni suscripciones a boletines. Antes de introducir funciones que modifiquen de forma sustancial estos tratamientos, actualizaremos este aviso y los controles que resulten necesarios.

3. Proveedores y transferencias internacionales

Utilizamos Cloudflare para alojamiento y seguridad, Microsoft 365 para el correo profesional y Umami Cloud para analítica. Sus condiciones de tratamiento de datos forman parte de los respectivos servicios. Cuando se transfieren datos personales fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, los proveedores se basan en los mecanismos de transferencia descritos en su documentación contractual y de privacidad, incluidas las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea cuando resultan necesarias. Microsoft también aplica su EU Data Boundary a los datos de clientes de Microsoft 365 incluidos en su alcance, con las transferencias limitadas que documenta. No vendemos datos personales.

4. Conservación de los datos

Conservamos la correspondencia solo durante el tiempo necesario para atender la consulta y la relación que pueda derivarse, salvo que las obligaciones legales o reclamaciones legítimas exijan una conservación mayor. Los documentos relativos a operaciones realizadas se conservan durante los plazos fiscales y contables aplicables. Umami Cloud Hobby conserva los datos analíticos durante seis meses. La analítica adaptativa de HTTP/seguridad disponible en los planes Free y Pro de Cloudflare se conserva aproximadamente 31 días; otros datos de Cloudflare se conservan de acuerdo con las finalidades de servicio y seguridad descritas en su documentación.

5. Sus derechos

Conforme al RGPD, usted puede solicitar acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación y portabilidad cuando proceda, así como oponerse al tratamiento basado en intereses legítimos. Cuando el tratamiento se base en el consentimiento, puede retirarlo con efectos futuros. Escriba a [email protected]; solo solicitaremos prueba de identidad cuando sea razonablemente necesario. También puede presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

6. Cookies y analítica

El sitio utiliza Umami Cloud para medir visitas agregadas sin instalar cookies de analítica ni identificadores persistentes en el navegador. Umami puede registrar páginas visitadas, procedencia, dispositivo y ubicación aproximada; indica que no almacena la dirección IP. La configuración actual no utiliza cookies publicitarias ni de marketing. Si introducimos tecnología que requiera consentimiento, actualizaremos este aviso y los controles correspondientes antes de activarla. Más información: Umami.

Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Nachricht, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten und gegebenenfalls einen angefragten Kauf vorzubereiten oder abzuwickeln. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung von Anfragen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) oder vorvertragliche Maßnahmen bzw. Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

Cloudflare kann technische Verbindungs- und Sicherheitsdaten, einschließlich IP-Adressen und Abrufinformationen, verarbeiten, um die Website bereitzustellen und zu schützen. Unsere cookielose Analyse mit Umami Cloud verarbeitet Seiten- und Geräteinformationen, Referrer, Kampagnendaten und den ungefähren Standort, damit wir die aggregierte Nutzung der Website verstehen können. Namen, E-Mail-Adressen oder Nachrichteninhalte senden wir bewusst nicht an Umami.

Derzeit betreiben wir weder einen automatisierten Online-Checkout noch eine Newsletter-Anmeldung. Bevor Funktionen eingeführt werden, die die hier beschriebene Verarbeitung wesentlich verändern, aktualisieren wir diesen Hinweis und gegebenenfalls erforderliche Einwilligungsmechanismen.

3. Dienstleister und internationale Übermittlungen

Wir nutzen Cloudflare für Hosting und Sicherheit, Microsoft 365 für geschäftliche E-Mails und Umami Cloud für Analysen. Die jeweiligen Datenverarbeitungsbedingungen sind Bestandteil der entsprechenden Dienste. Soweit personenbezogene Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums übermittelt werden, stützen sich die Anbieter auf die in ihren Vertrags- und Datenschutzunterlagen beschriebenen Übermittlungsmechanismen, einschließlich der Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission, soweit erforderlich. Microsoft betreibt für erfasste Microsoft-365-Kundendaten außerdem seine EU Data Boundary, vorbehaltlich der dokumentierten begrenzten Übermittlungen. Wir verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten.

4. Speicherdauer

Wir bewahren Korrespondenz nur so lange auf, wie sie für die Bearbeitung der Anfrage und eine daraus entstehende Geschäftsbeziehung benötigt wird, sofern gesetzliche Pflichten oder berechtigte Ansprüche keine längere Aufbewahrung erfordern. Unterlagen zu abgeschlossenen Geschäften werden entsprechend den anwendbaren steuer- und buchführungsrechtlichen Fristen aufbewahrt. Umami Cloud Hobby speichert Analysedaten sechs Monate. Die bei Cloudflare in Free- und Pro-Tarifen verfügbaren adaptiven HTTP-/Sicherheitsanalysen werden ungefähr 31 Tage vorgehalten; andere Cloudflare-Daten werden entsprechend den in der Cloudflare-Dokumentation beschriebenen Dienst- und Sicherheitszwecken gespeichert.

5. Ihre Rechte

Nach der DSGVO können Sie Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und gegebenenfalls Datenübertragbarkeit verlangen sowie einer Verarbeitung auf Grundlage berechtigter Interessen widersprechen. Eine erteilte Einwilligung können Sie mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen. Schreiben Sie an [email protected]; einen Identitätsnachweis verlangen wir nur, soweit dies vernünftigerweise erforderlich ist. Diese Website nutzt Umami Cloud für aggregierte Besuchsstatistiken, ohne Analyse-Cookies oder dauerhafte Browser-Kennungen zu setzen. Umami kann besuchte Seiten, Herkunft, Gerät und den ungefähren Standort erfassen; laut Umami wird die IP-Adresse selbst nicht gespeichert. Die aktuelle Konfiguration verwendet keine Werbe- oder Marketing-Cookies. 2. What we process and why

When you contact us by email, we process your name, email address and the information you choose to send in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare or manage a requested purchase. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) or steps requested before entering into a contract / performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Cloudflare may process technical connection and security data, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. Our cookieless Umami Cloud analytics processes page and device information, referrers, campaign data and approximate location so we can understand aggregate use of the site. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or message contents to Umami.

We do not currently operate automated online checkout or newsletter subscriptions. Before introducing functions that materially change the processing described here, we will update this notice and any required controls.

3. Service providers and international transfers

We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Microsoft 365 for business email and Umami Cloud for analytics. Their data-processing terms form part of the relevant service arrangements. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the providers rely on applicable transfer mechanisms described in their contractual and privacy documentation, including European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Microsoft also operates its EU Data Boundary for covered Microsoft 365 customer data, subject to documented limited transfers. We do not sell personal data.

4. How long data is kept

We retain correspondence only for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, unless legal obligations or legitimate claims require longer retention. Records relating to completed transactions are retained for the applicable tax and accounting periods. Umami Cloud Hobby retains analytics data for six months. Cloudflare retains the adaptive HTTP/security analytics available on Free and Pro plans for approximately 31 days; other Cloudflare data is retained according to the service and security purposes described in Cloudflare’s documentation.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact [email protected]; we may request proof of identity only where reasonably necessary. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Umami Cloud for aggregate visit statistics without analytics cookies or persistent browser identifiers. Umami may record visited pages, referrers, devices and approximate location; Umami states that the IP address itself is not stored. The current configuration does not use advertising or marketing cookies. If we add technologies requiring consent, we will update this notice and the necessary controls before enabling them.
